By accessing or using the website and digital platforms operated by Elite Kids Industries (D.B.A. “Elite Kids”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or conditions that may apply to specific services or products. Article 1a: Age Restrictions

Elite Kids only provides services, products, and content to individuals who are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect or sell to individuals under the age of 16. If we discover that someone under 18 has placed an order, their access will be revoked and the purchase refunded, if applicable.

Newsletter subscriptions and digital offerings are also limited to users age 18+. Any subscriber or customer underage will be removed from our system upon discovery.

Article 2: Scope of Application

These terms apply to all transactions made via our website, social media, email, or in-person events related to Elite Kids products and services. A “Client” includes any individual or entity that places an order with us.

Article 3: Orders

Placing an order through our platforms confirms your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and successful payment confirmation. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Article 4: Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). They may be adjusted at any time without notice, but the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order. Shipping and handling (if applicable) are excluded from product pricing unless otherwise noted.

Payment is required in full at the time of order placement, including pre-orders.

By submitting your payment, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We are not responsible for delays due to declined payments or processing issues outside our control.

Article 6: Delivery and Fulfillment

For physical goods, products will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure this information is correct. Risk of loss transfers to the client once an order has left our facility.

In the event of a lost or delayed package, Elite Kids will take reasonable action to rectify the situation, including possible refunds or reshipment, in accordance with our policies.

Article 7: Refunds and Cancellations

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the content has been accessed or downloaded. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or failure to read the product description.

However, we understand that mistakes happen. Refunds may be granted under the following rare circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental purchase

• Technical issues that prevent access or download and cannot be resolved

• A billing error or file corruption

• Clear misrepresentation of the product (on our part)

Physical Products

Physical product refunds will be issued upon return of the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All content, materials, templates, downloads, and trainings provided by Elite Kids Industries are protected under U.S. copyright laws. They are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be duplicated, resold, or redistributed without written consent.
